  3. THE WALKING DEAD
Based on a comic by Robert Kirkman and Tony Moore  this tv horror series tells the story of a post apocalyptic world where, out of the blue, people start becoming zombies ( also known as walkers, the walking dead).
People who has not been bitten or scratched by “walkers” gets together in order to survive. This story its about a particular group with different and really interesting characters such as Rick (Andrew Lincoln), the leader; his wife Lory ( Sarah Wayne Callies ), his son Carl (Chandler Riggs), his very violent friend and work partner Shane ( Jon Bernthal), and Andrea (Laurie Holden),Dale (Jeffrey DeMunn ) Glenn (Steven Yeun), T-Dog, Carol (Melissa McBride )and her daughter Sophia( Madison Lintz). My favourite of them all: Daryl Dixon (Norman Reedus).
Overall even the idea has been seen before ( “Resident evil” for starters) the FX are “drop dead” awsom, the acting of all characters is perfect and the plot just gets you to the edge of your seat every day!
Saw the two seasons and couldn´t be happier, it just keeps getting better and better!!
Definitely a MUST SEE. Do watch, do watch indeed.

  4. El Hombre de tu vidaHere we have an all Argentina production with mr Campanella direction, i must say it really shows. We ve seen Campanellas work in Argentina in movies like: “El secreto de sus ojos” and “Luna de avellaneda”, and in USA in series like “Law and Order”, “Dr House” and “30 Rock”. When compearing with other shows like ” El Elegido” , ” Un año para recordar” or the brand new “Cuando me sonreís”  one cant help to notice the BIG BIG difference in script, direction, and ofcource plot. This plot is quite interesting and unique, smart and funny with characters to remember and laugh - or cry- with. Also de acting of Guillermo Francella was a big surprise, he steped apart of what he allways does and really got into character, a widower trying to please woman who think love is no longer an option, while raicing hes own son, a high school student. All to the pros, no cons to add.Summing up: Splendid series, awsome Campanella and Francella Job.A must to watch!Agree?

  5. SPARTACUS blood and sandYet another gladiator series!Yesterday FX (Argentina) premiere this gladiator/epic/sensuall show. After a few minutes it hit me, this series is a mixture of “300”, “gladiator”, sprayettes exercise equipment  for abs infomercial  and good old porn.Aldough nothing explicit ( yet) all i saw was drop dead gorgeouse woman and man, outstanding abs and arms, everyone looking ho so tough and mean ( but with a good heart inside obviouslly).
The acting was ok and no more, the fighting should be better, the sex should be less, the action is missing but the gore and violence is there ( like in your face there).Furthermore its too digital made for my taste and hate, really hate the slow motion takes ( made me wanna throw up!)Pros:sexy peopleCons: the restQuote:Sura: The council has decided?Spartacus: We go to war.Sura: I’ve asked the gods to bless your sword.Spartacus: Once the Geti are wiped from our lands there will be no reason to ever pick it up again.Sura: What would my husband do without it in his hands?Spartacus: Grow crops, raise goats, make children.Sura: You would fight no more?Spartacus: Forever, to be by your side.Sura: How soon do you march?Spartacus: At first light.Sura: Then come to bed. If one night is all we have left, I should make the most of it.Summing up: As far as it goes i might keep watching to see if it improves…but i must say, if it doesnt, this series is a huge dissapointment.HUGE one.

  6. GAME OF THRONES
I watched a few episodes of this HBO epic series not long ago.At first sight it seemed too complicated to follow when trying to relax after a long day of work, but, as it has more than a few followers i might give it a second try.
As far as the acting goes, one of the main characters (Eddard Stark) its interpreted by Sean Bean, who also had a lead character in LOTR (Boromir) i honestly kept waiting for Frodo to arrive whit the one ring!!! Putting that aside the overall  acting is pretty good ( not excellent dough).Pros: epic is always goodCons: too complicated and too LOTR alike.Summing up: ill give it a second chance just to be shure, but for now its a no good man, no good. No quote this time, sorryWhat say you?

  7. Four new characters for season 3

Since by now half of the Cheerios are members of New Directions, Glee is enrolling a new crop of Mean Girls! Who’s who?

    * Sugar is… well, she’s basically RHNJ’s Danielle Staub, only in high school. Affluent, self-confident and a godawful singer.

    * Sheila, a modern-day Joan Jett, actually has her own pack of Blackhearts and the tats to go with ’em.

But that’s not all. As production on Season 3 gets underway next week, I’m hearing that the show is also on the lookout for a new linebacker, a gigantosaur by the name of Bubba. (What did you expect, a Kevin?) As previously revealed at Comic-Con, Bubba will introduced as Mercedes’ new beau, whom she started dating over the summer.

Also, sixtysomething actresses will be passing through to audition for the role of Nancy Bletheim, a geometry teacher who thinks the arts are for… well, anywhere but in school.

  8. THE X FILES
A not so long time ago, i was a little nerdy girl who love no more than sitting in front of the tv with a hot tea in my hands and swimm into the intriguing X files.Fox Mulder (David Duchovny) , Dana Scully (Gillian Anderson) and Smoking Man made this show something unforgivable.
Loved every episode ( particularly the one of the “chupacabras” and the one of vampires), season after season hoping that Mulder would kiss Scully, that she would BELIEVE as he trully does.
"I WANT TO BELIEVE" the best poster ever
Pros: Everything! This series rocks!! love it, love it, like the 26 year old geek/freak/nerd that i am!Cons:Didnt like when Mulder left and a new FBI agent took his place.Theres no X files without Mulder!
Quote:Mulder: We’ve both lost so much… but I believe that what we’re looking for is in the X-Files. I’m more certain than ever that the truth is in there. Scully:: I’ve heard the truth, Mulder. Now what I want are the answers.Summing up: Please watch, or re watch! and then…watch it again! i shure will.Agree?
